    I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depression, Anxiety and Insomnia, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also trained in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) for life transitions, interpersonal disputes, interpersonal deficits and complex grief. I have individual counseling experience working with combat Veterans, survivors of Military Sexual Trauma (MST), first responders and members of the LGBTQ community. I am also trained in couples counseling using the Gottman Method, a popular approach to couples therapy. I will also work with you to develop a concise mental health treatment plan that is flexible and specific to your mental health needs.
