From my life to your life, providing authentic, shared experiences on dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, marriage, family relationships, friendships, and most importantly, how to be a good human. I can teach, coach, and mentor you on how to respond versus react to challenges. I will use evidence-based practices and out-of-the-box thinking to foster a team approach to dealing with the challenges in your life. Life is like an artist’s canvas. It has a finite beginning and a finite end. As the artist, what we decide to paint on that canvas is our life story. Some of it will be dark, and some will be colorful and bright to be understood by us. We choose what goes on that canvas. Don’t let anyone else control how you design and live your life.
