Rates
$120 – Clinical Consultation per hour
$50 – Group Clinical Supervision (Minimum 2 hours)
$100 – Individual Clinical Supervision per hour
$250 – Family 53-minute session
$250 – Couples 53-minute session
Telephone Calls Prorated Based on Individual Session ($250)
$270 – Diagnostic Assessment
$250 – Individual 53-minute session
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in whole or part. Please get in touch with your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I accept Sanford Health Plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Medica, Medicare, Medicaid, Optum, United Healthcare, and Tricare.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the total rate of the session.
